I’m just about to head off to a 5k run and no matter how early is I always eat/drink something before I go. It’s so important to nourish your body before, during & after any workout. If you are always on the go like me I even tote if necessary.
The way that I see it is that my first meal of the day will set the mood of how I’m gonna feel. Then if I know I’m having a nice nourishing breakfast I’ll want to eat like that for the rest of my day. Do you see a patron here? So I’m feeling energetic & ready to run a marathon (just saying😂) after drinking my Espresso Smoothie.
🌴 1 shot Colombian coffee
🌴 1 c coconut water
🌴 2 tbsp @bareblends organic vanilla wpi
🌴 1 tbsp @mayversfood Peanut Butter
🌴 1 small frozen banana
